I started creating resources in April 2020 during the pandemic to help engage my students while they were learning from home. Like many teachers during that time, I was not prepared for teaching virtually. I began creating animated presentations for my students that would help me continue to teach different step-by-step math strategies. It was so successful I began selling these slides on TPT. These presentations allowed for teachers to have engaging lessons that broke down the standards and skills for their students! 

Beginning with these presentations, Teaching with Glitter and Gold was born. I began creating more resources that serviced my classroom and other upper elementary classrooms. I make sure to make engaging standards-based resources that can be used in classrooms across the globe. My students have been making leaps and bounds of growth using my resources, and I am excited to share my strategies with you.
